Authorized Use
Juthiyavi School ERP System is exclusively designed for authorized administrators of registered schools. Access to this platform is granted only to verified school institutions and their designated staff members.
- Only registered schools with valid credentials may access the system.
- Unauthorized access, hacking, or reverse engineering of the platform is strictly prohibited.
- Each school's admin account must only be used by the designated administrator of that institution.
Unauthorized access attempts will be reported and may result in legal action.

Data Security
We take data security seriously. Your school's complete data — including student records, teacher information, fee details, and attendance — is stored exclusively in your school's own dedicated Supabase database.
- Juthiyavi ERP does not access, read, or copy your school's data at any point.
- Each school operates on an isolated database instance.
- Data is encrypted in transit using industry-standard SSL/TLS protocols.
- Backups and data recovery are the responsibility of the school's administrator.

Admin Responsibility
School administrators bear full responsibility for the secure management of their accounts and the data within.
- Admins must keep their login credentials strictly confidential.
- Password sharing with unauthorized personnel is strictly prohibited.
- Any activity performed through an admin account is the sole responsibility of that school's administration.
- Admins must immediately report any suspected unauthorized access or security breach.

Service Usage
Juthiyavi School ERP is a school management platform and must be used solely for legitimate educational institution management purposes.
- The platform may not be used for any illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorized activities.
- Attempting to exploit system vulnerabilities is strictly forbidden.
- Schools may not resell, sublicense, or redistribute access to the platform.
- Any misuse may result in immediate account suspension or termination.

Service Availability
We strive to maintain maximum uptime and reliability for all schools using our platform.
- We target 99% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access at all times.
- Scheduled maintenance windows may cause temporary service unavailability.
- We are not liable for losses arising from unplanned downtime or technical failures.

Intellectual Property
All code, design, features, and branding of Juthiyavi School ERP are protected intellectual property.
- Copying, reproducing, or distributing the platform's code or design is prohibited.
- Schools retain full ownership of their own data entered into the system.

Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the platform under the following circumstances:
- Violation of any of these Terms & Conditions.
- Fraudulent or unauthorized use of the platform.
- Non-payment of applicable service fees (if any).
- Any activity that threatens the security or integrity of the platform.

Limitation of Liability
Juthiyavi School ERP and its developers shall not be held liable for:
- Loss of data due to improper use or administrator negligence.
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from platform use.
- Third-party service outages (e.g. Supabase, Cloudinary) that may affect platform functionality.
