What Data We Collect
Juthiyavi School ERP collects only the absolute minimum data required to set up and identify a school account on our platform:
- Admin Email Address: Used for login authentication and account recovery only.
- School Name: Used to identify the school within the platform.
That's it. We collect nothing else. No phone numbers, no addresses, no payment information, no school-specific details beyond the name.

What We Do NOT Collect
We want to be completely transparent. The following data is never collected, accessed, or stored by Juthiyavi ERP:
- Student Data: We do not collect any student names, roll numbers, attendance, marks, fees, or any other student-related information.
- Teacher Data: We do not collect any teacher names, salaries, schedules, or any staff-related information.
- School Records: We do not access timetables, exam records, fee structures, or any internal school documents.
- Financial Data: We do not collect or process any school fee or payment data.
- Contact Details: We do not collect phone numbers, postal addresses, or any contact information other than the admin email.
All school operational data (students, teachers, fees, etc.) is managed entirely within the school's own Supabase database. Juthiyavi ERP has no access to this data at any time.

How Data is Used
The minimal data we collect (admin email and school name) is used only for:
- Authenticating the admin during login.
- Identifying the school account within the platform.
- Sending password reset emails when requested by the admin.
Your data is never used for marketing, advertising, profiling, or any purpose beyond platform access.

Data Sharing Policy
We have a strict no-sharing policy. The admin email and school name we collect are:
- Never sold to any third party.
- Never shared with advertisers, analytics companies, or marketing platforms.
- Never disclosed to other schools or users of our platform.
Data may only be disclosed if legally required by a valid court order or government authority. In such cases, we will notify the affected school to the extent permitted by law.

Third-Party Services
Juthiyavi School ERP uses the following third-party services to power certain platform features:

- Google Fonts & Font Awesome: Used for UI fonts and icons. No personal data is shared.

Cookies & Local Storage
Juthiyavi School ERP uses your browser's local storage only to maintain your admin login session. We do not use tracking cookies or advertising cookies of any kind.
- A session token is stored locally in your browser to keep you logged in.
- No cross-site tracking or behavioral profiling is performed.
- Clearing your browser's local storage will log you out of the platform.

Your Rights
As a registered school admin on Juthiyavi ERP, you have the following rights regarding the data we hold about you:
- Access: You can request to know what data we hold (admin email and school name).
- Correction: You can request correction of your admin email or school name.
- Deletion: You can request complete deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us at info@juthiyavischool.site.
